    With over twenty years of civil construction and development experience, Jake brings a dynamic, supportive, hands-on style to the company that bears his name. He has key roles in construction management and new business development.

    since 2001

    William combines an IT/IS background with an Arts degree (Education focus) from the University of the Fraser Valley, providing Jakes Construction with a unique, complementary and powerful management skill set, helping to lead now and in the future.

    since 2002

    A member of the Applied Science Technologists & Technicians of BC, Adrian’s career started in South Africa where he earned his B. Tech degree. His primary role is bridging the office and field, through direction of Jakes Construction’s estimation and project management departments.

    since 2004

    A member of the Certified Professional Accountants of BC (CGA 1998), with over twenty-five years of accounting experience in privately-held companies, Richard oversees the financial activities of Jakes Construction and the Klaassen Group of companies.

    Ken plays an integral role in the planning, monitoring and control of our projects. His significant civil construction experience, with specific expertise in utilities, makes Ken a valuable member of our team.

    Pete brings substantial business and logistics experience to Jakes, having successfully operated his own Chilliwack-based trucking company for many years. His commitment to superior customer service also makes a valuable contribution to our team.

    Solution-oriented construction professional with over 10 years of experience working on major infrastructure projects in the BC Interior and Lower Mainland. Steve has a proven track record of team-building and safety planning. His success in project management, subcontractor management and cost control stems from his strong belief in job scheduling as a key motivating and operational tool.
