Location - Highway 1 at Mt. Lehman Road, Abbotsford to 3.2 km west of interchange

Description - Addition of a third lane to the existing 2-lane westbound highway. The existing slow lane will become a truck climbing lane to assist vehicles in negotiating the hill climb. The new lane will be in the median to the left of the existing fast lane.
